VILLA Papaya is an architect's house of about 150 m2 that can accommodate 9 people. It is composed of 4 independent bedrooms, 2 furnished with a double bed (one room is located on the floor the other on the ground floor), 1 of 2 single beds juxtaposed and one of a single bed; A living room also independent overlooking the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, gas hob, coffee maker and electric kettle).
Papaya is an architect's house built in the year 2000. Its wooden structure makes it an extremely convivial place. Large openings provide natural ventilation and make this place pleasant at any time of the day. A breathtaking view of the Bay of Fort de France delights the view both by day on the sparkling sea and the evening when Fort de France shines like a diamond.
Papaya located on the heights of Anse à l'Âne in a quiet residential area is only 600 meters from shops' grocery store, restaurants, gas station), the beach of Anse à l'Ane Donkey but also the pier where to take the shuttle to Fort de France (15 minutes crossing for more than an hour on average by road given the frequent traffic jams).
The Jack Ranch also offers horseback riding in the surrounding countryside and allows you to discover surprising points of view as well as Martinique flora.
L'Anse à l'Âne allows quick access to the picturesque beaches of Anse Dufour, Anse Noire, Anse d'Arlet. And for golf lovers, Papaya is only two minutes from one of the most beautiful "green" of the Hexagon staking the bay of Trois Ilets. For families, "Mangofil" 15 minutes allows children and adults to relax or feel the emotions by treading in the trees. A 5 minute drive from Anse à l'Âne, the shops of the Creole village of Pointe du Bout offer the opportunity to stroll or have a drink.

Une villa créole idéale

Idéale pour son emplacement (commerces-boulangerie TOP-,plages,restaurants), son agencement, la vue, le calme. Tout était parfait, nous avons adoré et recommandons chaudement cette villa. Corinne, la propriétaire qui vit au rez de jardin de la villa, est très discrète mais disponible si on a besoin. La villa et la vue sont conformes aux photos 👍, la piscine suffisamment spacieuse pour se rafraichir en famille, grand frigidaire et congelateur, batterie de cuisine au complet. Bref, n’hésitez pas à réserver, c’est tout simplement splendide.

La villa est superbe, idéalement située et la vue splendide. Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis par Ghislaine, les commerces à proximité nous ont permis de nous ravitailler facilement. De plus, étant un peu en hauteur, la villa est bien aérée. Je la recommande vivement!

A éviter...

Appartement au confort très basique, rien de superflu (même pas une paire de ciseaux, ni lave vaiselle, ni lave linge), dans le salon ni fauteuil, ni table basse, des sièges de bar tâchés. Les volets ne ferment pas, la cabine de douche est vétuste, les prises sont descellées. Forte odeur d'humidité dans la chambre. Quant à la décoration, un mot inconnu de la propriétaire. Des serviettes de toilette très usagées et un seul torchon. Un appartement très cher par rapport à la qualité du logement. Le seul point positif de cet appartement est la vue magnifique sur la baie de Fort de France et beaucoup de restos pour le soir à 5mns de voiture. Quant au punch offert traditionnellement dans les autres locations - voire le premier petit dejeuner - là on oublie !! Heureusement la dame qui remet les clés est fort gentille et tout à fait consciente de l'état de l'appartement. .

Traumhafte Kulisse, kurzer Weg zum Strand

Die Wohnung war sehr komfortabel und gut ausgerüstet. Die Betreuung durch die zuständige Organisatorin war sehr gut. Die Wege zum Strand und zu den Geschäften für die Verpflegung waren kurz. Insgesamt ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub. Einziger Wermutstropfen war der unbespielbare Golfplatz.

We spent a perfect night in this exceptional home.

This home is dramatic in its location overlooking all of Trois Islets and Fort de France. The open air living space frames a view "to die for" as we say in English. Corinne is a lovely hostess who will make your stay perfect. If you want to be near town and the beach, without the noise and bustle, this is a wonderful choice. Enjoy the pool!

Un séjour de rêve

Appréciation sur notre séjour à l’Anse-à-l’Âne Quel séjour de rêve nous avons passé dans cet appartement à l’Anse-à-l’Âne grâce aux informations qui nous ont été fournies par Ghislaine. L’appartement correspondait exactement à ce qu’elle nous avait décrit lors de nos échanges, ainsi qu’aux photos qu’elle nous avait fait parvenir. Grâce à son professionnalisme, elle nous a rapidement inspirés confiance. L’attrait principal de cet appartement réside dans sa vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Fort-de-France, que ce soit de la terrasse, de la fenêtre de la cuisine ou de celle de la chambre. De plus, il est situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme, à proximité de la plage peu achalandée, des restaurants et des services (station-essence, dépanneur et navette maritime pour se rendre à Fort-de-France). La terrasse, vaste et confortable, bien ventilée, sans voisin immédiat, nous permet de vivre à l’extérieur toute la journée. L’appartement est fonctionnel; tout le nécessaire est fourni, tant pour la cuisine que pour le linge de maison. Il peut accommoder 4 personnes; le salon et la chambre, étant fermés, permettent l’intimité de chacun. Comme les nuits sont fraîches et bien ventilées, la climatisation n’est pas nécessaire. Un espace de stationnement gratuit est disponible. Corinne, la propriétaire, qui vit à l’étage au-dessus, est accueillante, discrète et elle répond rapidement à nos demandes. Durant notre séjour, Ghislaine s’informait régulièrement de notre satisfaction. Elle était disponible également pour nous conseiller des visites ou des excursions. Nous étions en mesure de constater que c’était vraiment une personne chaleureuse, ouverte, compréhensive et soucieuse du bien-être de ses clients. On sent très bien qu’elle aime son travail et la Martinique qu’elle connaît bien. C’est une personne attachante, au grand cœur et qui se passionne pour les relations humaines. Au cours de ce séjour, notre relation d’affaires s’est transformée en une relation amicale. Nous la recommandons chaleureusement. Denis, Monique et Robert, Montréal (Québec) CA Mars 2016.
