Spanning 38 m², the apartment on the second floor offers a separate bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a cosy living area with sofa bed and SAT-TV. The fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, microwave and dining area provides everything you need for a pleasant and independent stay.



A particular highlight is the private balcony with beautiful sea views. Start your day here with a cup of coffee or end the evening relaxed with a view of the Adriatic. WiFi and air conditioning provide additional comfort even on warm summer days. A parking space is available directly at the house. This is chargeable and currently costs approximately €9 per day. The parking fee is to be paid on site. On request, a baby bed can also be provided.



The sea and the nearest pebble beach are only about 350 metres away and easily accessible on foot. Restaurants, cafés and a supermarket are also in the immediate vicinity. The historic centre of Trogir with its winding streets, numerous restaurants, cafés and attractions is less than 2 kilometres away and is ideal for a relaxed evening stroll. Split Airport is also quickly accessible at a distance of around 8 kilometres.



The holiday apartment is located in a house with a total of three apartments. Guests have access to a shared pool with sun terrace, sun loungers and parasols – perfect for relaxing hours when you don't fancy going to the beach. Additionally, there is a shared barbecue area for pleasant evenings outdoors.



Upon request, additional services such as cleaning, ironing service or airport transfer can be organised for a fee.
