"The rental was very well maintained with everything a person needs. It was also very clean with a lovely garden. However, for us, being elderly seniors, we found it too far to walk to the city center."

"Really great villa with character and style!The pool area is fantastic and there are lots of rooms, but only 2 bathrooms, so make sure you're happy to share. 2 small but functional kitchens made cooking simple things doable.Maria was communicative and helpful before and during our stay - she was lovely enough to buy us some groceries ahead of time as we were arriving late. If you're staying, I'd advise bringing some consumables as shops are far away. It would have been nice to have more cleaning...

"The house is furnished with old fashioned fourniture and equipment. A complete update as well inside as outside is necessairy. The rent for this house is nog in relation with the quality. "

"Sympathetically restored 3 storey traditional building. On a very narrow & steeply sloping residential street, a car is a must (parking available nearby), although there is a lovely stroll down to the river beach. Metro station into Porto or drive to the coast both about 20 minutes away. Lovely hosts whi live next door. Highly recommended. vailable at the top of the "

"Group of 8 adults. Very clean house. Number of great pastry shops close by. About 20 min walk to downtown area. Enjoyed our stay."

"Nearby the beach, we enjoyed the quiteness of the location. Dog friendly , the garden allowed us to read, have breakfast outside or just doze off on the chair. A washing machine is the only thing missing that could be highly appreciated."

"En famille, 5 chambres, une maison spacieuse, à 2 pas de la mer, ideal. Le métro à 2kms pour aller à Porto ou a l'aéroport sereinement. Braga à 30mn...dommage que le soleil n'ait pas brillé suffisamment. "

"Great location for access to airport and Porto. Beautiful two bed apartment with pool. Hosts were charming and spoke English. It was a perfect last night before our cruise, but would make a good base for exploring north of Porto."
