"The apartment is charming and in the most beautiful spot with views over the island and swimming in the lake from the garden. Stefano could not have been more helpful and provided extensive information to cover every aspect of our stay. The apartment is only a 5 minute walk from the town. No aircon but Stefano provided us with fans to cool us at night. We loved our time in Orta - it is a very special place indeed."

"Franco et Maria ont pensé absolument à tout pour le confort des voyageurs, y compris ce que l'on a oublié à la maison. Logement calme à 30 minutes de Stresa. 2 seuls bémols : l'accès à la place de parking est très étroit, nous passions juste avec notre grand Scenic, il ne faut pas plus gros. Les escaliers pour accéder à l'appartement peuvent être difficiles pour de jeunes enfants ou des personnes ayant des difficultés pour se déplacer. "We spent 14 lovely days here. In fact, you needed a car for every activity or shopping, but it was very quiet and you had a great view of the mountains. From here you could make many excursions (Arona, Spesa, Lago d'Orta ...). The host gave us lots of tips.The apartment offers enough space for a family of four with younger children (2 and 6 years old), provided you share the large bed or the parents sleep on the sofa bed. "We stayed at this property with our toddler. The communication with the owner before and during our stay was excellent. The property is very pretty and has everything you need. But some things potentially need updating. Pella is a very small village with a good ice cream place and a small shop directly opposite the property which sells very yummy pizza."

"A delightful little haven in easy driving distance of the Italian lakes with a swimming pool. Sheer bliss! We have to say that Ilaria is the hostess with the mostess. Help was a telephone call away and when our hire car got a small bump (which could have cost us a huge fortune back at the airport) she made contact with a garage in Bolzano and sorted everything for us.
