"I booked two rooms and one of the rooms had non-working A/C and a back door to a common veranda that wasn't possible to lock. The management promised to refund the room but no refund was made. Hotels.com told me the property refused to refund. They had washer and dryers that automatically shut off at night making it impossible to open up the washer door to retrieve your clothes - the door was locked as the program wasn't finished. When I tried to call them for support, I got no answers. Location...

The owners are wonderful and make it such a great experience - they offer so many services (like beautiful breakfasts, dinners, yoga classes, wine tours, anything you could want!) and the property itself is so charming and relaxing. "Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Mobiliar etwas überaltert, aber gemütlich. Die Vermieterin spricht deutsch und ist um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste sehr bemüht. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht da, wenn man aber als Selbstversorger mit Familie sich dort aufhalten möchte, ist die Küche großzügig ausgestattet."

We hired a car for the duration of our 2 week stay and I have to say that we would have been lost without it. "Die Anfahrt allein ist die Reise schon Wert, die Unterkunft liegt weit oben, abseits vom Trubel. Wenn man denkt, man sei falsch, ist man genau richtig. Idyllisch gelegen, schmale Straßen. Unser Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und farblich sehr ansprechend, mit liebe zum Detail. "Nous avons loué cette magnifique maison, une semaine où il a plu presque en continu. Et bien évidemment cela gâche beaucoup les vacances.. Néanmoins Federico et ses parents sont adorables, la maison est superbe( bien que peu adaptée selon moi aux familles avec bébé, car on accède aux chambres par un long escalier assez raide) .
