Hotel Umberto
"No hot water the 1st day. Television was not working properly. Staff was helpful. The hotel is really far from Tropea city center & beach. Needed to walk in the heat, no public transportation. Breakfast was very good. There is no open restaurant nearby."

"Wonderful staff. Very clean and modern rooms and bathrooms. Beautiful private beach with stunning sunsets. Awesome pool and ancient remains near the reception. Delicious continental breakfast, best cappuccino around. I would stay here again for sure if back in Pizzo ♥️"

"The grounds were beautiful. The pool was warm and clean..a car is needed as there is not many places that are safe to walk to. The description says there is a beach, there is no beach on property or walkable. We had an amazing dinner at Portale nearby recommended and arranged by owner. Amazing dinner ..."
