"I was really disappointed with my stay. The room wasn’t clean when we arrived — there was visible dirt and dust throughout the bathroom and front door; and the air conditioner had filthy vents just sitting on top of the unit. The toilet ran all night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. On top of that, we were surprised by destination fees that weren’t mentioned until check-in. For the price, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. If it wasn’t for the location of the hotel being so close to the beach and other places we visited, I would have left 1 star. I would not stay here again unless major improvements are made."
