Bruyant mais sympa ! Les chambres sont entretenus et propre, les piscines sont grandes et plusieurs bassins permettent de ne pas être entassés. La proximité avec la plage et des transats gratuits sont appréciés.

Top Hotel mit super Servicepersonal , gutes Essen

Das Hotel war super sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern,Essen gut für jeden was dabei , sehr schöne Poollandschaft, sehr nettes Personal ein Wahnsinn was die leisten müssen und dabei immer freundlich.Hotel etwas abseits ohne Auto schwierig , Strände wunderschön.

Sandstrand in 10 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Shuttle fährt kostenlos ebenfalls zum Sandstrand. Gute Auswahl beim Essen. Jeder findet etwas. Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung. Schöne Pools sind vorhanden. Einziges Manko ist die sehr laute Musik. Würde wieder buchen und kann es nur empfehlen.

The resort is new, located in a remote spot but accessing 2 beautiful beaches. The disappointing aspect was the customer service: -The staff spoke poor english. To run more than 300 suites you need people speaking english. -On arrival we paid the city tax. I noted after paying that it did not match the amount on the itinerary, they "said that expedia would not know the local rate." I said that they should look at it if Expedia has wrong information as it's misleading and they said that I should look into it. -Hotel check in at 5 pm checkout at 10 (never saw this before). -On arrival were told we could not have dinner (hotel has 2 restaurants and 1 pizzeria, because we should have prebooked it "many hours earlier." When I pointed that they had a very late check in and therefore we arrived late, they agreed to book us in (note that we paid extra a set amount per person to "upgrade" to half board) -Maintainance/ Equipment safety. On Monday late evening the room air-con started leaking water over the wall that was going down to electric cables on the wall. The air-con was not working properly as well. We called the reception and somebody came (not speaking any english) who told us to switch it off (Italy had heatwave as well), could provide no fan and would talk to his manager in the morning. There was no effort to find any other solution or speak to anybody. Next day we asked 3 more times for a technician, no feedback were given. We left a day earlier and they did not ask why

Das ist ein Pauschal Hotel der leider immer noch in 90er lebt. Grosse Sprachbarriere an die Reception, wir erwarten auch nicht das jeder in Italien Englisch spricht, leider werden die Mittarbeiter oft deswegen schnell irritiert und unfreundlich, was für uns als Gäste unverständlich war. Wir hätten Glück, dass unsere Zimmer weit weg von Abends Bühne war, sonst kann sehr laut werden. Eigentlich ok für Kinder, da immer was zu tun war, grosse Pool, aber trotzdem auch sehr basic. Frühstuck war ziemlich traurig, Kaffee untrinkbar (komische Nescafe Pulver aus eine Maschine). Wenn ihr in Red Sun Village landet, hier sind 2 wichtigste Tipps für euch: 1) Bucht euch ein Auto, ohne Auto in Sardinien ist leider alles sehr schwer und Auto gibt euch die Flexibilität wegen das Essen Abends und alle andere Strände, manchmal auch nur 15-20 Minuten von Hotel entfernt, aber es ist leider nötig hier Auto zu fahren, sonst seid ihr zu isoliert. 2) Bucht eure Transfer im Voraus, da zu viel Tourismus und im Hotel hilft man nicht wirklich, wir haben etwas Drück gemacht und dann hat das geklappt, aber leider sehr last Minute und nicht ohne schlechte Laune. Was unakzeptabel war, auch wenn man alles anderes toleriert und locker anschaut, waren diese kleine Plastik Tütchen für alles: Honig, Salz, Pfeffer... Sehr Umwelt unfreundlich! Sollte Restaurant Management ändern! Und Wifi, hat so gut wie nie funktioniert. Sonst kann ich sehr das Beach Cafe Santaluz 815 min mit dem auto von Red sun) empfehlen.
