Beautiful home in Trinita´d´Agultu OT

On the north coast of Sardinia, in the coastal area of Costa Paradiso, this charming vacation home with private pool and beautiful open terrace welcomes you to enjoy a spectacular view of the magnificent Sardinian sea while sipping a good glass of wine. The vacation home is located in the tourist complex of Costa Paradiso, which offers services such as bar, restaurant and mini market during the summer months. It consists of two residential units, not internally connected, each with kitchen-living room, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, two bathrooms and is ideal for large families or groups of friends. Four bedrooms have direct access to the terrace overlooking the pool and the sea. Distances: Santa Teresa di Gallura 30 km, Alghero (airport) 90 km, Olbia about 95 km (port).



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Outdoor private pool on site is open April - end October.

Schöne Lage, übler Geruch

Eine schöne Woche für 3 befreundete Familien. In den Bädern herrscht übelster Geruch nach Abfluß, wir haben 2 Flaschen Reiniger eingekauft aber keinen Erfolg erzielt. Geschirr/Besteck sehr schmal ausgestattet. In dem Preissegment!!!

L’annonce et les photos sur le site internet ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Équipements cuisine pour 11 prévus étaient insuffisants ( 2 mini cafetières italienne, poêle inutilisable) Salle de bain ( manque de propreté et remontées de mauvaises odeurs des égouts pendant tout le séjour, très faible débit d’eau chaude dans les douches . Canapé lit très inconfortable avec un matelas pratiquement inexistant. En fait aucune préparation n’a été faite sérieusement avant notre arrivée. Pas de parasol et de transats suffisants en quantité , pas de baby-foot , impossibilité de connection sur tout les téléviseurs . Par contre très belle vue sur la mer, piscine entretenue tout les jours . Une gestion sur les maisons concernant les entretiens doit ce faire avant l’arrivée des clients et non pas pendant leurs séjours. Je ne recommanderais pas dans l’immédiat ce centre résidentiel.

Séjour agréable et reposant

Les villa sont installées dans le Gravina Resort de Costa Paradiso, situées dans un endroit calme, excentré des grandes attractions de l’île. Elles sont installées en surplomb de la vallée, donnant sur la mer. La vue est superbe. On y retrouve tout le confort et les équipements nécessaire dans les salles de bains, les cuisines, chambres et séjour. La taille de la piscine est suffisante pour s'y retrouver à plusieurs et apprécier la vue depuis les nombreux transats installés (pensez à demander des parasols). Petit bémol sur l'eau dans les SdB, très rapidement on passe de très chaud à très froid et c'est dommage de devoir se prendre la tête avec ça. Au-delà de cela, nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Très belle exposition !

Très belle villa très spacieuse avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, en fait il s'agit de deux maisons jumelées sans communication par l'intérieur. Il faut sortir vers la piscine pour rejoindre l'autre maison. Accueil très correct avec de bonnes informations sur les visites et plages alentours. Personnel toujours présent et accueillant. Dommage que le coût du ménage soit aussi onéreux (180 euros) car le ménage n'avait pas été fait à notre arrivée ! la propreté laissait à désirer ... sinon maison de vacances fonctionnelle et relativement bien équipée.
