The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, four gas rings, toaster, kettle, and microwave, and it also has an exit to the terrace. There is an additional shower/WC in the house.

The property is furnished with air-conditioning and forced-air heating for your comfort. The large terrace is partially covered and comes with terrace furniture and a barbecue.
