"This was a lovely home, attractively furnished with quality, comfortable furniture and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could want. There was a charming glassed-in porch with sofa and dining table looking into a flower-filled garden, where we ate every meal. We were visiting with our children and grandchildren, who were staying in the nearby Sue-Meg campground. When we called our host to ask if the 4 of them would be permitted to join us at the house for a meal, permission was immediately and graciously given. The house is very close to a beautiful cove with a nice beach, protected from wind and looking out on seastacks and birdlife.There is a nicely-equipped food market a 5-minute walk away. Out front of the market, a BBQ station sets up daily, offering a variety of yummy grilled items for lunch. Trinidad is a charming little town. We were not familiar with it before our recent visit but we would love to return to it and to the house we so enjoyed."

If you’re looking for a quiet relaxing base camp to enjoy all the natural beauty of the area, this fits perfectly.We were able to see whales in the distance, and binoculars are provided (no need to bring any).I recommend using the all trails app to do some research on what if any trails your group wants to explore.
