Yes I had ocean view but noisy next room until I complain, no lift so many steps for old lady, fell down early morning. Ordered dinner I won’t recommend vegetarian food for their price. Overall good!

Enjoyed the view from the top floor. Room was okay. No view. Had no water for 15 minutes while showering. Water pressure was apparently shut off which they fixed. Great location to get into the city. Beautiful temple right outside.
This the worst hotel we have stayed in that we have booked through Hotels.com. We booked for 5 nights and checked out after 1. We must thank hotels.com for sorting that out for us. They dealt with our complaints very professionally.
We booked the biggest the room in the hotel. Was meant to be 55 square metres. Would be lucky if it was 35. the room hadn’t been cleaned. The glasses still had water in them. The shower only had trickle of water and that was cold. The plug in the sink had a hole in the middle of it so couldn’t hold any water. The wifi didn’t work but that was fixed after about 2 hours and continual nagging. The staff in this hotel are rude, arrogant and in the wrong industry. Much of the hotel is in disrepair. Couldn’t wait to leave! This was the 6th hotel we had stayed in 2 weeks in Sri Lanka, the most expensive and the worst !

We booked room villa hotel Trincomalee last week. On Expedia they showed like good room. But after we checked in the gave us like totally different room. Room has no garbage bin. Also no facilities to plug your charger. They had some switches under the table already plugged tv, wifi router and etc. we had to unplug it and plugg our charger on it. When we checked out after two nights unfortunately we forgot our charger because it was under the table. We checked out early morning (4 a.m). We already settled our bills because we have to leave early. And right after we checked out we called back to hotel tobut security guy answer the phone because there wasn’t anybody in front desk when we leave the hotel. So we called back to the hotel around 7o clock and receptionist answer the phone we told her that we forgot our charger and asked her to kept it because we were going back to home and when we coming back we can collect the charger. we also the hoteliers ( working in Trincomalee). She told us house keepers still didn’t come to work after they came she will tell them to check it and she will keep it in front desk. After around 12 noon she called me back and told that charger wasn’t there there’s no sense cause we checked out 4 am we called back to hotel there weren’t anybody except security guy. Around 7 am answered receptionist at that time there weren’t housekeeping staff how it disappeared...? Never recommend this hotel to anybody.
