"What a find! Just staying the one night with my son for a Uni open day - really convenient for the station. Room spacious and clean. Was raining when we arrived late in the evening so chose to fine in the bar which had a nice ambience, good food selection and really friendly staff - which we found throughout.If he comes to Uni here - we will be back! "Good size room, clean, great location"

"Stayed for two nights in June 2025. Upon arrival there was plenty of free parking, check in was easy and i was directed to my room. The location is quiet, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I would recommend asking for milk at check in, they supplied tea, coffee etc but there was no milk, which i discovered early the following morning when i wanted a coffee. There is a pamphlet that says milk isn't supplied to cut down on plastic waste, however you can request a jug at reception. I was very pleased with my stay, Tenby is only a short distance away by car. I would definitely stay here again."

"I've never stayed in an IBIS hotel before, but i will definitely be back. The staff were ever so polite, professional friendly and helpful. The whole place was very clean, the bar and restaurant were excellent, well cooked, plenty of choice and tasty. It was an easy 20 min walk into the centre of Swansea making it an ideal place for a lovely quite stay but close to the city. "
