"1.no electricity 2.no service what so ever , we called their restaurants at least 4 times but they did not care to pickup call 3. we had order a sandwich and after 1 hpur waiter comes and inform us it cannot be made. 4. they roof of the room was dripping in rain 5. the bathtub was broken and leaking 6. bathtub was not even cleaned the water was yellow as urine"

"I stayed at Hotel Krushna Inn during my visit to Trimbak. The location is definitely a plus — very close to the temple and convenient for local sightseeing. The staff was polite and check-in was smooth. The room was clean but quite basic, and the amenities could use a bit of an upgrade. Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, and hot water took some time to come through. The in-house restaurant had decent food, though service was a little slow during peak hours. Overall, it’s a decent place if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay close to the temple, but there’s room for improvement in comfort and services."

"We came here looking for some peace, loud music was being played above our deck in the pool area till 12am and after repeatedly calling them to turn off as per the quiet rules starting 11am, they kept playing till 1am. They gave us a room right below the deck; we booked a luxury room but nothing like the name described. Other Amenities The pool is dirty, rain dance doesn’t work, breakfast is terrible; Taste, quantity and quality The receptionist kept calling us to check if we were coming despite paying in advance, they kept asking why we got late and whether we will show up. We didn’t have fuel so we asked her info and she told us to google it …. lol 😂 as if we didn’t know, we were telling her why we are late but she hung up. 2 stars for the location, not coming back here. Conclusion: this place sucks for ppl looking for lakeside vacation- don’t waste your money"

"Poor service, untidy room, all shabby linen, no soap or towels till you specifically ask, rude staff, broken cups for tea which you get after several requests, not at all worth its price. Would never ever recommend and I think it's a shame that such important places have such pathetic places. "

"This property is not at all ready for taking the bookings as its under construction and no service is available as this is under construction. Please do not book this property as surronding is full of dirty stuffs and building under construction makes it more worse.i was with my family and it was unsafe as well and not worth of cost listed"
