"Good stay. The small steps need better warning tape. I fell upon arrival checking out the rooms. Our only complaint is that the rental was for 8 people. The water heater is too small to handle 8 people we could only get 3 showers with the 4 thawing warm at the beginning turning Into a cold shower. Also could say what kind of coffee maker you have such as regular ground coffee or k cups. Our stay was good and we enjoyed the rental"

"Pool was not adequately heated, pump was not working when we arrived. Overall cleaning was not professionally done as we are charged for. Water bottle left beside bed, rugs in dining room are stained, one toilet seat was very loose ( I tightened it and have pictures). Third rental we have had with Vrbo, others were oustanding. Representative was also hard to reach.pictures)."

"3 of our Women's Retreat Guests stayed in this location. It was fun with the backyard and easy to get to all the great things downtown. Perfect if you want to enjoy Dade City or other nearby locations. "

"This house was very comfortable and had what we needed to spend a week as a family. It is close to the Barclay shopping center and only 15-20 minutes from the other attractions in Spring Hill. There was a park minutes from the house. The heated pool was a huge perk of our stay and the kids enjoyed it every day of the week we were there. Overall a fantastic property."
