"We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel. The location, in the heart of the Old Quarter, is perfect for its proximity to L1ke kiem, interesting shops, the Water Puppet Theater and great restaurants.
The hotel restaurant is wonderful with a fabulous buffet breakfast and superior service-Rosalie was so helpful and also had great suggestions for activities in Hanoii. Also, the rooftop bar has a nice view and extensive cocktail list.
The hotel service was simply excellent. We had to catch a bus several blocks away after we checked out, and James was exceptionally helpful in making sure we got to the right pick up point, getting our bags there and confirming the pick up details with the driver. We highly recommend this hotel."
