Clean but hot

The place is old, but clean. Location is great, right next to the Grande canal. The room was big. The only problem is that there is no air-conditioting, only fans! So it was very hot all the time, I was sweating like a pig even when trying to sleep.

Well served area, a lot of landmarks and restaurants at walking distance. Place is spartan but clean. Check in info was sent into spam folder unlike the confirmation mail, and the contact number was on answering machine. Troubled sleep as other ppl came in slamming doors and screaming at midnight and 3.30am, no one to pay the 2.60€ fee so I left it with the keys at self check out.

Non è un bed and breakfast, di colazione niente, solo tè e caffè. Le pareti divisorie delle stanze sono troppo sottili quindi sentivo i miei rumorosi vicini durante la notte e alla mattina prestissimo. Per il resto stanze pulite e curate, molto vicino alla staIone dei treni e prezzi veramente competitivi.

Bien pour le prix

Pour le prix il n'y a vraiment rien a dire, très propre, micro onde a dispo, cafetière et bouilloire dans le hall commun. Parking payant dans la rue mais peu de place dispo. Parking "molo 4" pas loin a 15€ les 24h. Seul bemol pour le chauffage qui semblait inexistant dans la chambre. Une autre personne m'a expliqué qu'il devait demarrer tout seul qques heures par jour. Heureusement qui il y a beaucoup de couette et couverture dans les placards. Très bien placé.

La struttura è ubicata nel centro di Trieste in una via parallela al Canal Grande. La posizione è ottiam per poter girare ogni angolo della città. La struttura e la stanza sono molto pulite; la receptionist è molto accogliente e molto gentile; è molto disponibile nell'esaudire le richieste degli ospiti. In definitiva il nostro soggiorno a Trieste è stato molto piacevole anche grazie alla comodità della struttura e alla gentilezza dello staff.

Fantastic hospitality

After a mix-up with travel dates (due to booking process, not the property), I was still accommodated at last minute and cannot thank the owner enough for her hospitality. The property was spacious, had a relaxed atmosphere and comfortable. Would highly recommend and would stay again next time I'm in Trieste.

Molto accogliente e pratico

Ho passato la notte di capodanno a Trieste con il mio ragazzo in questa piccola struttura. Da fuori non sembrerebbe un posto confortevole, molto spoglio e semplice. Ma suo stati piacevolmente sorpresi di aver trovato un letto comodo e un bagno che anche se piccolo era ben servito con una grande doccia. La ragazza del check in è stata molto carina e gentile nel averci consigliato dove andare a mangiare quella notte, di averci fatto lasciare i bagagli nella struttura prima dell'orario indicato e anche per tutto il giorno successivo.

Great place to stay if the AC works

Very clean and spacious room in the center of Trieste. Near all amenities from shopping to beautiful places to visit. Restaurant and café are nearby as well to enjoy a nice evening or start the day with a breakfast. There is air conditioning in the room but either it wasn’t working or we didn’t find the remote. As a result warm and noisy night as the window faces the street. There is a fan but impossible to sleep with it going on as it is so noisy. It was the only downside to our stay.

ottimo punto d'appoggio per soggiorni brevi.

Sono stato ospite della struttura per una sola notte, sono rimasto molto soddisfatto dalla cordialitù e dalla disponibilità del personale. Facile da raggiungere (dalla stazione di Rimini basta prendere il bus 11 direzione Riccione e scendere alla fermata 26) Le stanze sono abbastanza spartane, ma pulite e munite di climatizzatore. Il wifi è gratutito Ottimo per soggiorni brevi.

Esperienza non del tutto positiva, la camera era rumorosa perché i muri divisori sono in cartongesso quindi qualsiasi rumore si sentiva come se fosse stato in camera nostra. Inoltre faceva freddo e nonostante facesse freddo ad una certa ora il riscaldamento non andava più.
