"We booked a week at this house in early June for a multi-generational family vacation. The grandparents loved sitting on the balcony each evening, and the younger family enjoyed the great hiking nearby. The house was SUPER clean, bright, quiet, with all the amenities one could wish. "The apartment is as beautiful as it appears on the listing. The property was spotless and in great condition. What isn't obvious from the listing is the direct access and use of the outside sitting area/table by the kitchen door and the beautiful garden space. I adored being able to sleep on the grass in the shade of the trees. The apartment suited our needs well. On the original advert there were a few inaccuracies such as You can pack less and use the washing machine. This does not exist...

"The self check-in facility wasn't working and it took 30 minutes and phone conversations with 3 people before a very helpful lady was able to assist. Another guest spoke to us during that time to say he'd had trouble checking in 3 days earlier and had not had any wifi access at all for his stay. When we got into our room it was comfortable but finding long hairs hanging over the kitchen bench from the mezzanine floor above, 3 open sachets of coffee and sugar open in the bowl of sachets provided...
