The Villa is in a fantastic location with large terraces facing the sea in a beautiful blue bay.

The Villa is quiet and independent, on the Adriatic coast about 27 km from Otranto, 12 km from Santa Maria di Leuca and its sandy beaches. The villa is surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean vegetation in one of the most beautiful areas of Puglia in the National Park of the Otranto-S coast. Maria di Leuca.

The villa is well furnished with Mediterranean style, comfortable throughout with free Wi-Fi, Hi-Fi air conditioning, barbeque, outdoor gazebo, dedicated parking space.
The bay below the house is rocky and it is possible to go down with a ladder but the last part is a difficult path on the rocks and you have to be expert.

Guests can request to rent separately an adjoining studio with a double bed, small kitchenette and bathroom for two more guests. The cost of this room is charged separately.

From the villas and terraces you have a magnificent view of the sea; here you can sunbathe on sunbeds and hammocks, do gymnastics or use the barbeque and dine out under the stars. For the car there is a parking available.

The owner of the villa, Mr. Franco or his delegates are available to provide advice and assistance.
