"We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The front desk staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful, and our room cleaner also did a great job. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would gladly recommend the hotel. However, one area that could be improved is the kitchen staff. Unfortunately, we felt uncomfortable with the way they watched guests while eating, and on a few occasions, our plates were removed even though we had not finished eating. This felt a little offensive and rushed. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future. Thank you to the wonderful front desk and housekeeping staff for making our stay enjoyable."

"Stayed for 1 night. Beautiful grand hotel with amazing views of the river, boats & bridge. The room felt a little dated. For all the opulence throughout common areas it was a let down that the room’s decor was so basic. Bed was a bit firmer than expected, the ac barely cooled the room & fridge was mildly cool. The water pressure was amazing. Loved the upscale bidet. Very good hot water. Amazing view. Amenities were terrific. I would recommend it."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Silverland Sakyo Hotel and Soa Hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the city the staff are extremely helpful and very friend nothing is too much trouble for them especially Sophie who had lots of recommendations for exploring the city and organised a taxi to the airport for us Breakfast is very good lots of choice and room was very comfortable Would definitely stay here again if I retuned to Ho Chi Minh City"

"We stayed at this location as it was close to the airport. Staff were very helpful and once checked out we were still able to use the pool as our flight was later at night time. They also offered us a shuttle to the airport"

"Check in was smooth and room is nice and clean. However the water pressure is kind of low. Breakfast selection was good and waiting staff Ms NGOC Nguyen Dieu was attentive to our needs. Would also like to mentioned the floor manager Ms Thao Nguyen. She is everywhere, taking coffee orders, clearing dishes from tables, moving dishes to kitchen, looking after the flow of guests in the breakfast area and even find time to check on your breakfast. Had dinner in the French restaurant and it was alright. Had the widely recommended duck breast from Google Review and it was alright. Also had the lunch buffet and once again the spread and quality of food is good. Both meals Bery pricey through."
