"The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Our rooms were clean and modern and very well maintained. We loved the vibe of the hotel with good music in the lobby and good energy as many entrepreneurs come there to work during the day - which was not distracting or inconvenient. There is always candy and treats in the lobby and the first round in the mini bar is free along with snacks in your room There were like 93 restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Other than Italian - we had some amazing sushi - Haruka Sushi - only 8 mins walk and great Mediterranean too - Due Tradizione - same distance. Note - Navigli is a very lively area so it does stay loud outside into the early morning - but the earplugs they provide made this no issue for me whatsoever. It was actually kind of fun just watching and listening to how vibrant this area is. We felt safe at all times. We will absolutely stay here again. "

"Excellent hotel, very clean and great service from all the team. Close to Metro service into Milan famous sites and within reasonable walking distance to the San Siro - especially convenient after Bruce Springsteen concert. Was back in the hotel 25 minutes after leaving the stadium. "

"We were happy with working AC and speed internet. Also breakfast was amazing. The beds are not comfortable at all . The hotel alows people to smoke on the floors so you will fill it even if you requested a non smoking room."

"Giogina at the front desk is amazing. We saw her doing a great job with bunch of customers at the front desk while the fire alarm was on. I go to many Hotels and I pay a lot of attention to how we clean the room, the house keeper by the name of Fatima deserves a 6 stars , she pays a lot of attention to the customer’s needs and she is was very professional. "

"Lovely clean fresh, well lit, safe area, very nice helpful staff. Love the images of local buildings on the walls. Suggestions - Backsplash of the bathroom sink is getting damaged from splashing water. Suggest using the nice floor tile to create a tile backsplash. Also bathroom would greatly benefit from a small bench or stool under the sink for toiletry bags. The ledges of the sink are a bit narrow for two people to put their toiletry bags. "
