"The room was well designed for basic traveler's needs: plenty of plugs in the right place; lighting that's easy to control; a bed stand that worked perfectly for my C-PAP machine (a real rarity) ; the beds were on a solid base so there would no way to lose something under them; plenty of hangers and hooks; a comfortable writing table; an easy to operate TV system. And an amazing gourmet-grade French yogurt at the breakfast. The room was quiet and restful. Weak spots: the plug for the bath did not work, so no bath; the fan in the bathroom was irritatingly noisy; and the room itself was about a quarter-mile to the lobby, on a route that required you to go outside and around the building. Overall, the next time I'm in Philly, the Spark is where I'm staying."

"Been using Hotel.com for few years. Their service has gone to 0. My fiancé and I have booked the hotel. Hotel had ants. A lots, Spoke with the Hotel general manager and was advised that to call hotel.com. Hotel.com do not want to hear what I have to say. they’re not helpful at all. I have videos of all the ants. hotel.com is telling me that I have no record of reserving room but yeah I have a credit card receipt charging me a room. Hotel.com is a jokes……"

"We had a great stay! The jetted tub in the room was very spacious and clean. The fitness center was great and so was the free breakfast. The staff were kind and it was overall excellent. The only complaint I have was the carpet in our room was somewhat dirty. After walking on it barefoot we could see the black under our feet so we wore flip flops the entire time in the room."
