On the ground floor common laundry room in the boiler room (washing machine and dryer). Total floor area: 52 m² attic parts included. Balcony. Common courtyard + ground. Private heated swimming pool open from mid-June to the end of August. Lawn bowling. Summer kitchen with wood oven. Alpine skiing + Revard cross-country 12km. Aix les Bains thermal baths. Character pavilion in the heart of the Aix countryside on the Revard road, in the Bauges Regional Natural Park. Very quiet residential hamlet facing south-west. Pleasant preserved setting of meadows, hills and forests. Beautiful private terrace. Superb outdoor area very neat and flowery with heated swimming pool (open from mid-June to the end of August), boules and summer kitchen. Superb very clear view on the countryside.
