They allowed us to drop our luggage in the morning before check-in, gave us guidance on transportation to the city center, as well as a QR code that allowed us to enter the city without having to pay the fee. At first day told me I booked with breakfast, last day told me it wasn't booked with breakfast and thats gift for us."
