Private: park 600 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (3 x 7 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.) with salt water. Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, thermal baths " Stigliano" 36 km, bathing lake "Bracciano" 1 km, lake Vico 20 km. Marina 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 10 km.
