"Hi, the hotel is beautiful and at a good location. The staff was attentive when we checked in. We had two issues, first we didn’t get our room clean when we requested. While our stayed only one time the room was cleaned because we kept calling to get it clean and get clean towels. Also, the room temperature was very hot. The hotel room is expensive, we were not expecting this to happen."

"Room could have been a bit bigger but had modern amenities. Not a lot of places to eat in area but we tried the two across the street and they were great!"

"We stayed for a week in July 2026. The hotel was recently refurbished so everything is new. It was the middle of a heat wave and the aircon was fantastic, almost too cold (but the staff can adjust further if needed). The family room was spacious for the three of us. The usual amenities are available - but they provided a steamer rather than ironing board and iron (I have not asked if this was available). Has USB A and USB C charging ports in the room. It has lift access so no lugging suitcases...
