"The property was stunning, absolutely massive, very clean, had so much to do there and the views were gorgeous. The hosts were so easy to communicate with and any problems were fixed immediately. Close to local supermarkets and cafes and a train station to get into main Madrid. We had the most amazing time and thank the hosts for making it so lovely."

"El alojamiento era entero para nosotros. Los espacios estaban bien, y con buena localización. Además los dueños siempre disponibles para resolver cualquier duda durante la estancia. Muy contentos con el servicio y la atención. Además al lado de cercanías RENFE, con tren directo desde atocha."

"Pasamos un fin se semana muy agradable en familia. La casa es muy acogedora. Lo unico que creo que se podría mejorar es la limpieza de la casa, la terraza y algunas partes estaban un poco sucias y los colchones en algunas habitaciones estaban hundidos."

"Estuvimos muy agusto"

"La atención fue pésima. Tal y como se solicita, se contacto para avisar de la hora de nuestra llegada, y tras muchos intentos al fin nos cogieron el teléfono. Hubo problemas con la calefacción y la caldera ya que no funcionaba, por lo que los radiadores no calentaban, al llamar a Marta nos indico que la calefacción era central y que si la casa estaba a 22 grados no se encendía, cosa que nos extraño. Respecto al agua caliente, que tampoco funcionaba, cuando nos dimos cuenta y volvimos a llamar no...

"We booked the Suite for a long weekend and weren’t disappointed. Room was spacious with numerous balconies. Extra touches with cakes, fruit or sweets daily along with bottled water, besides the normal tea and coffee. Cleanliness was second to none. Staff were professional and polite. Breakfast was full of variety along with freshly cooked eggs and bacon by order. The indoor and rooftop pool facilities were amazing. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity along with bars. Just a short walk away from the Palace and its gardens that are well worth a visit. Highly recommend."
