O quarto não foi preparado para nossa estadia, eles nao repuseram os itens de amenidades e , nós 3 tivemos que dividir um frasquinho de shampoo e condicionador. Toalha de banho, trouxeram maia 1 só depois. Ligamos na recepção para perguntar se a piscina era aquecida, a recepcionista disse que nao e que a agua era muito gelada.... e ai Fui até a poscina ler, mas para ficar mais a vontade, fui de biquini, nem ia entrar....eles sem brincadeira como nao dava tempo de fechar a piscina com o aviso no portao - eles isolaram a piscina com fita de isolamemto para nao podermos entrar. O restaurante do hotel nao abriu. O servico de refeicao no quarto só ia até as 20h e pedi uma canja de galinha que era incomível. Alem disso, o quarto tem dois tipos de colchao diferentes, um bom e um velho, bem antigo. E oa travesseiros são o pior de tudo, alto e duro. Sinceramente, eu já havia ficado aqui, mas dessa vez o que senti é que parecia que a equipe nao desejava a nossa presença. Foi horrível. Provavelmente não retornaremos.

O hotel sem sombra de dúvidas é a melhor e mais completa opção em Três Lagoas, é a segunda vez que me hospedo nele e não decepciona. O quarto é amplo, cama confortável, chuveiro maravilhoso, café da manhã muito bom também. O problema é que ampliaram a estrutura do hotel, e há quartos que ficam muito distantes da recepção, pra quem está com mala e sem carro tem que andar com malas até as instalações, e uma das partes não tem cobertura, com chuva se torna desagradável. Como minha estadia foi somente de 1 noite e a mala era pequena, não houve problema, mas se for pra mais dias e com mais malas, sujiro que o hotel tenha pessoas para ajudar a carregar até o quarto. Sobre o restaurante do hotel, é maravilhoso e o atendimento da Mariane foi excepcional. Sempre escolherei essa opção em Três Lagoas!

Hotel nada tenho a reclamar, hotel agradável, atenciosos e limpo. Tenho a reclamar do suporte do Hotels.com porque fiquei doente e nào consegui cancelar duas diárias pra vir embora. Tive que ficar mais um dia. Qdo consegui voltar pra casa fui internada. Que tipo de empresa é essa que não tem assistência.
