"The bed was very comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. The hotel staff were very nice and friendly. Our TV wasn't working once during our stay and the clerk came down immediately and fixed it. The only issue was the floor was sticky and you had to wear socks because it was dirty. Also, there was no coffee maker and breakfast was coffee with only powered creamer and coffematw french vanilla creamer ( which was way too sweet)and a honey bun. I didnt see a restaurant but there was a bar in the same parking lot but we don't go to bars. "

"Nice big suite. Much quieter than I expected being 2 blocks from the hospital. Breakfast was better than average. Parking not so great as they don't have enough parking on the ground level of the parking garage to accommodate one car per room. I'll stay here again."

"I did not like the odor of the tap water in room; therefore, I did not drink water from the tap. I was appreciative of staff knowledge and property provisions for the tornado warnings in the very area. Although Expedia had booked my room there was not a room but the clerk had found me a room and was waiting for me at check-in. I will never use a 3rd party again."
