"The home and the grounds are spacious and beautiful. For our family reunion, there was plenty of space for hanging out inside and outside. With the weather being beautiful during our stay, we were able to do our family portrait photo shoot in the backyard area. The guest house worked out great for the grandparents without stairs. Our host was responsive and accommodating. "

"Room was very clean. Needs a long mirror to check on your outfit . Well we were with a wedding party and that would have been nice. Gentleman at front desk extremely pleasant, a white guy and can't remember his name."

"Stayed here for a wedding in Van Alstyne. Its close to highway and a lot of restaurants but far enough away from road that you cant hear the traffic. Walmart is close by. Would stay again. "

"The room was mostly clean behind toilet and bathroom door both sides were not clean very clean tub, very hot water Blowdryer did not work- maintenance replaced it Coffee maker in room did not work Bed linens clean pillows very comfortable Heat and AC comfortable and worked Basic yet equivalent to price paid "

"Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! Every inch of this custom tiny home was build with such care, you can see the pride in the workmanship. We absolutely loved being out in the country, hearing owls and coyotes at night, meeting Moses and Noah the friendly guard donkeys, getting a tour of the gorgeous Moon Pie Farm. Granddaughters stopped by to climb a tree and find some snails. I will definitely try to stay here every time i come to the area!"
