"When I got there I was told there is no water but it will be fixed later on that day so I decided to take a chance and stay The water was fixed around 5:30 PM There was also an issue with the reservation where they though I reserved it under a different name but it was someone else who was managing the VRBO account This is a hotel by the way They mentioned that this was the first time using VRBO so it was understandable The place is near an exit so there is not much nearby with the nearest town...

"This is a super cute cottage. It is perfect for 2-3 people or a family with small children. We stayed overnight for a visit to UTM. The cottage is close to campus and the downtown area. Martin is a quaint rural town with a great Farmer’s Market, coffee shops, and Blake’s restaurant has delicious food. The cottage has a very comfortable bed, is well stocked with towels. We didn’t stay long enough to use the kitchen, but it looked to be well stocked. "
