"We are a family of 4 traveling around Italy for 2 weeks with a rental car. We stayed in Naples for 2 nights to see Pompeii. This is a beautiful hotel with large clean rooms, a lovely garden and spa services. We did not use any spa services but the breakfast was great. The staff is very professional and was very helpful. "

"Room was comfortable and clean. Front desk wasn’t overly friendly or helpful, but seemed accommodating to Italian speaking guests. Ran after me down the street questioning if I paid. Clearly paid on line otherwise they wouldn’t have had my reservation. Who does that?"

"Very Janky. Could not tell if my door locked, and had to have a friend come check from the outside. Toilet dirty. Sheets dirty stains, had to have hotel worker come get my things out of my rooms since they were locked inside, he had to use multiple keys to get in. There was absolutely nothing around the property, and could not get any transportation out of the area. I booked a single room for 2 nights and ended up leaving the same day I got there, completely out of the money I spent. Worst...

"Rooms were mouldy, cockroaches in the bathroom, there was a domestic dispute in the hall and blood everywhere. Wifi only worked outside the room. Chairs in the seating area you could use wifi were broken. "
