When the first ray of sunshine bounces off the lake, the Vagne estate is the first that lights up.
The warm morning light gently knocks on your sleep, revealing a magnificent paradise to your eyes.
The coffee is ready, two steps and you sit on the terrace, you immerse yourself in one of the most spectacular views of the lake, a deep breath and a hint of smile rises up from your soul together with the feeling that this is your holiday.

Then walk through the narrow road among fields and olive trees, the view of the lake will not leave you a single moment and in 10 minutes will lead you to Pieve (one of the most beautiful villages in Italy).

This is not a dream, it's reality and it's called Villa Vagne estate:
All apartments are 50/60 sqm. they have an exceptional lake view, terrace, private area and covered parking. They consist of 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, kitchenette equipped with all necessary for cooking, and a large living room.
Internet WIFI, flat screen satellite TV, pets on request.

We inform all our guests that our agency manages the rent of Holiday properties. And, as required by law, we do not provide any hotel services. Listed in our accommodations there are the essential supplies we provide to the accommodations : Check in service from 3:00 to 8:00 PM, final cleaning, bed and bath linen, and the first supply of toilet paper. No other amenities provided. Thus no food, personal or household hygiene products.

Besondere Lage mit besonderem Ausblick

Das Haus liegt sehr abgelegen, ans Wasser fährt man 35 Minuten durch sehr schmale Sträßchen. Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Möbel schon sehr abgewohnt. Das Gebäude ist von außen sehr gepflegt, ebenso die Gartenanlage. Mit einem größeren Auto ( SUV oder VW Bus) kommt man nicht zum Parkplatz, da die Einfahrt sehr steil ist und wir mit unserem Auto schon aufgesetzt sind. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung gibt es nicht. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse war toll.

Schönes Apartment mit super Seeblick

Aussicht auf den See ist unbeschreiblich. Der Ort Pieve idyllisch. Wir waren schon das 2. Mal im diesem Apartment und vermutlich werden wir wieder kommen. Vor Ort hat alles gepasst, Navigastion zur Unterkunft, weil die direkte Strecke gesperrt war und auch Schlüsselübergabe einwandfrei. Für unseren Hund war es ebenfalls ein toller Aufenthalt.

Tolle Aussicht

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles hat gut geklappt. Die Lage und die Aussicht waren überwältigend. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Allerdings sollte bis dahin das schwarze Sofa in App. 1 ausgetauscht sein.

Lage der Anlage. Tägliche Pflege der Aussenbereiche. Ausstattung der Wohnung. Bei 14 Tagen Aufenthalt wäre ein Wechsel der Handtücher nach einer Woche wünschenswert.

Es lohnt sich immer,alle alten Bewertungen einer Unterkunft abzurufen.Auch hier:Lage,Sauberkeit,Preis sind tadellos.Negativ:abenteuerliche Auffahrt nach Tremosine,Agentur in Priezzo,2 km weiter.Erst mal finden,allerdings sehr freundlicher Service.Das Haus selbst:4 Apartments,beste Lage:Nr. 1,dann Nr.4,gleich-gut Nr. 2 und 3 (liegen in der Mitte).Aussicht grandios über OlivenHaine auf See u. Berge.Garagen tadellos. Zufahrt einspurige Strasse mit wenig Verkehr und Ausweichen ca. 1 km.Haus liegt inmitten eines grossen Olivengartens,offene Zufahrt.Hunde unter Beaufsichti - gung im Garten möglich.Alles sehr gepflegt wie neu. Hübsche Terassenmöbel.Wohn-Küche etwas eng. Küchenzeile ohne Wasserkocher,Mikrowelle,Bratpfanne, Alle Gewürze,Papierrollen,Reiniger,Handbesen,scharfe gr. u. kl. Messer,Lappen mitbringen.Betrieb Induktions-kochfeld bei YOUTUBE nachlesen.Bad:Kein Föhn,Wohn u. Schlafzimmer mit Sichtdachstuhl .Grosser Schrank im Schlafraum,lichtdichte Vorhänge,attraktives Styling. Thermostatheizung einwandfrei.TV mit dt.Kanälen,Wlan O.K.Ortskern Pieve ca.1km entfernt,malerisch,2Super- märkte,2 Terassen mit Supersicht bis zum See hinab.... Suchen....Am Beginn der Via Vagne Sportplatz mit seitlich Kinderspielplatz. Fazit:Zum Entschleunigen für Paare mit Kick fürs Besondere,das herrliche unverfälschte Panorama und mitten drin ein wunderbar modernes Haus mit kleinen Macken.
