"very budget appropriate/friendly for me- light breakfast offered- great staff ( manager Gil, attendant Sam and the rest of the crew ) ; very close to a lot of stores, like food chain, grocery, and a gasoline station , (-) 10 minutes away from Bradley University , walk in shower , only 2 floors ( no elevator ) - every time we visited Peoria for the past 4 years -> we have stayed here and enjoyed every time during our stay."
