"This small house is just as enchanting as it looks in the photos! It is well equipped and Olivier was quick to respond when we asked for help with the washing machine. It is located in quiet countryside and it should be noted that, although the VRBO pin makes it appear to be very close to the charming village of Lalinde, it is actually a bit of a drive on country roads. I am so glad I found this place."

"This was a fabulous choice as a stop over on our Dordogne adventure. Chris was there to welcome us and show us around the property, and even though we were a little early he invited us in to enjoy the facilities. The room was quaint with lovely French decor, with all the modern facilities added to our experience. Great Wifi, air conditioning & a large shower were all a great bonus. As well as the fresh bed linen on the huge bed. The breakfast was beautifully laid out on the terrace for us, which we wish we could have brought home with us. Homemade yoghurt and asorted jams, croissants, pan au chocolat and lovely fresh coffee. The attention to detail was great. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your wonderful residence. "We were a grouo of 22 adults and children ranging from 2-12. There were 2 great pools on the property, beautiful views across the fields and we were completely undisturbed during our stay. The stars at night were amazing!!! The accomodation is clean and practical for a large group. Lots of nooks and crannys for children to explore! Loved the huge outdoor table, large bbq and boule pitch too! The owner was very responsive to all emails. The photos on vrbo do not do this place justice. We would return."

"Traditional French house in an attractive small town with uninterrupted views of river from first floor balcony and upper garden area. House is within 5 minutes walk of town centre with its markets on Tuesday (highly recommended) and Saturday . Location very good for local sightseeing to villages, caves and other tourist attractions as well as easy access to large supermarkets. House is well furnished and spacious. However, house is on 3 levels with stairs and access to garden is by a spiral staircase, so not suitable for guests with mobility issues or young children. At time of visit owner was in process of setting up an internet connection and purchasing a replacement TV/DVD player with larger screen. Facilities include washing machine and microwave/grill cooker as well as BBQ in garden."
