"Do NOT ever book this hotel. I booked and paid for my room in FULL 1 month ago. There was a large car event in Lake Como.. Well…….. 3 nights before my arrival. They emailed to say they Could Not Honor my stay!!!! I had already paid in full. Do NOT ever book this hotel."
