"This is a spectacular hotel owned by two sisters with family members working there as well. The owners are there and constantly cleaning. They offer a nice breakfast every morning over looking beautiful Lake Como. Be prepared to walk down which is not bad, about 15-20 minutes through the beautiful village. It is the up hill if you have difficulties or just take breaks. Also, there is parking if you rent a car. If you walk, you end up at a great place called Bar Roma where you can rest, eat and sip cocktails!! I hope to be back soon!"

Palace Hotel

"This hotel is in a central location on Lake Como and within walking distance to many restaurants, the ferry, the funicular and other attractions. The “continental” breakfast was actually a huge breakfast buffet with pastries, eggs, bacon, sausages, fruit, mimosas, coffee, deli meats, granola and juices…all delicious! Rooms are updated and very clean. My only complaint is concerning the flat, hard pillows but I also did not ask for a replacement which I should have done."

"Incredible views of the lake! Located a little further from the hustle and bustle of the town which provided us the tranquil, peaceful environment we prefer. But still close enough that we could just walk nearby to enjoy the shops, restaurants and people watching when we're in the mood. The whole property is clean and meticulously maintained. The staff were some of the nicest, most welcoming and helpful I've ever encountered. We stayed in the Tower Suite, highly recommend for its incredible views alone but everything was great. Suite was clean, bed was comfortable, recently renovated with a modern aesthetic. Amenities we enjoyed: free shuttle to and from the ferry (great if you have a lot of luggage), delicious free breakfast daily, and spa access with steam, sauna, ice and salt rooms (highly relaxing). Would stay here again without question!"

Albergo Lenno

"The location was awesome. It was immediately right outside the ferry station of lenno, as soon as you get our of the ferry. View from the front of the hotel was great. The room was clean but basic. The bathroom was clean. They provide 3 things in the minibar that is included in the price. A coke, a water can and carbonated water can. Its once for the stay. The breakfast was better than average. They had fresh squeezed orange juice (they actually had a machine right there). Nice fruits and breads etc. Coffee on order but included. The staff was very helpful. The gentleman at the reception remembered that I inquired about the ferry to go back and informed me early that it had been canceled and what my other options were. Hee was very nice and helpful"

Kurhaus Cademario Hotel & SPA

"Celebrated my birthday with friends at the hotel with a long spa weekend. Relatively easy to get to- Lugano Station has plenty of taxis or uber availability if you don't want to wait for the bus. All the staff were lovely and very accommodating. Beautiful views and a lovely spa. Treatments were also great. The Bar/Bistro was particularly nice to unwind in to have a drink and get food."
