Apartment is beautiful. However you have no privacy in the living room area as you can see from outside the windows in and here in lake como there are many more apartments around that are higher than this one or about the same height and can see in. Also had LOTS of trouble with check in as the host DOES NOT want to answer anything and only directs you to a link with drop down arrows where there is paragraphs explaining things. They only give you a parking lot and pictures and you need to locate yourself to find the apartment. I asked her 3 or 4 times for help via whatsapp while standing OUTSIDE in the heat and they were NOT considerate and kept directing us to that link online. This address has an apt downstairs and upstairs and there are 2 keys, 1 for the entey to the apartments and then the other for your specific apartment (upstairs or downstairs) at around 10:30pm on our first night someone tried to open our door and we said “hello, can we help you” because we were in the living room prepping for an event we had the following day and no one answered, they giggled and continue to try to open our door until they heard my husband say “who is this” we hear them run downstairs and open a door. We do not know if they exited the apartments or went to the one downstairs but we were scared . The 2 night we had here we could not sleep. I texted the host via whatsapp immediately as we didnt know what to do & wanted to see if they had insight. They did not respond until next am
