It is surrounded by nature, just a few meters from the historic Villa Sola Cabiati and the lovely public beach. Its location offers a wonderful view over the lake, and its proximity to the famous Villa Carlotta and Villa del Balbianello makes it unique all year long.

2-level apartment (1st floor + 2nd floor) consisting of:
