"Por algum motivo, o registro da água das descargas dos quartos foi desligado no sábado, dia 25/01/2025, por volta das 16h e só abriram às 07h30 do domingo. Não tivemos um comunicado sobre isso e todos foram pegos de surpresa. Questionando na recepção, não souberam informar o motivo nem previsão para arrumar. Para o uso, tínhamos que pegar o cesto de lixo, encher de água na torneira da pia e ir abastecendo a caixa d’água do banheiro para então termos uma descarga para uso. Lamentável."

"Ótimo custo benefício. Os intemperes ocorridos, foram sanados. Local agradável. Café da manhã básico, mas atenderam as nossas necessidades. Ponto negativo é a estrada de acesso ao hotel, que está muito ruim."

They have a heated swimming pool, a lake with Koi fish, firepit, etc. All consumable items offered in the bedroom (chocolates, sodas, water, snacks) are included in the room fare, so it is all yours. "I recommend staying at this hotel, there is lots of activities you can do that they offer like trails and zip lines which I think its cool. Breakfast and their restaurant services are also good "

"The hotel was very clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We brought our dog on the trip with us and they were very accommodating. Their food is outstanding. Besides breakfast, we had dinner at the hotel one night and they served the best salmon I’ve ever had. We will definitely come back next time we go to Campos do Jordao. "
