"At the arrival time (4:40pm) the heating was not working. My room was cold and the bathroom had no hot water. The staff came and after three and half hours, it has started working. I was moved into another room with hot water, but the heating was off. Still, the room was not warm till 8:15pm. The staff was supportive, but they should have checked the heating before my arrival. The location is great and the breakfast is offered at a small pastry (200m from the property)."

"Ad un passo dal centro di Macerata (50 mt. da Piazza Mazzini) c’è questo piccolo b&b situato al primo piano di un palazzo “d’epoca” che ho trovato pulito ed accogliente, come Simone il proprietario, molto gentile e disponibile. Ho dimenticato un caricabatterie, e Simone mi ha chiamato dicendomi che sarebbe stato vicino casa mia (Roma) e me lo avrebbe reso. Piccolo aneddoto che conferma la gentilezza del proprietario. "b&b Pontemare is in an apartment building with a view of the sea, but beside a train track and about 10 miles away from Ancona. there is an hourly city bus to connect to Ancona. the breakfast was good, but it was more like staying in a home than in a hotel. the host were friendly and helpful enough."

"Amazing location with romantic summer evening walks in countryside dirt road full of flashing fire flies. In the morning we have got delicious breakfast from local food. Staying was very pleasant in a very nice designed room and house and garden. We recommend also a hike to caves nearby for more advanced hikers. "

"Bellafiora Bed & Breakfast couldn't have been better. The house overlooks a quintessential italian countryside with the town of Osimo perched on top of the hill just past the B&B's olive grove. The rooms are modern, comfortable and lovely to return to after a long day exploring. Each day started with a full, delicious breakfast and morning greetings from Cinzia . If you're at all near Ancona/Osimo/Castelfidardo, you must stay here!"
