Pleasant house of 100 m2, without joint ownership, located a few steps from a sandy beach (400m, with also a slip allowing the launching of boats) and pretty coves.
It is located in a quiet dead end for good moments of relaxation, in a very natural environment with a fenced garden of 1200m2, terrace not overlooked!(+ large parking).
Spacious, it is ideal for a large family or 2 families.
Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, etc.) 35m2 living / dining room with TV with cable channels + DVD player, CD player, double bedroom with bathroom, separate WC, garage, washing machine ....
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 double bedroom), with bathroom and separate WC.
Sun terrace, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue ...
Baby equipment on site.
several bikes available allowing you to take wonderful walks in the surroundings by taking the coastal path near the house!
Close to shops (5 min or bread store nearby at the campsite next door) and ideally located between Concarneau, Pont-Aven ...(region rich in visits: Pointe du Raz, Locronan, Benodet, Quimper, Concarneau and the Ville-close, Pont-aven, its galleries and Xavier Grall promenade, Doelan, Lorient, Vannes, Carnac and the alignments, Quiberon ... destinations easily accessible by the N165 ...).
In August: Interceltic festival in Lorient, Cornouaille festival in Quimper, "Filets bleus" in Concarneau.

Holiday house Pouldohan

Nice comfortable property on spacious area. Quiet location not far from sea (700m). Bakery, supermarket in Tregunc 4 km and nice city Concarneau 9 km. Nice coast and towns and villages in the region.

Maison très agréable

La maison est spacieuse. Elle est bien placée, on va à pied à la plage. Des promenades agréables en bord de mer. Le jardin est grand et permet d'être dehors sans vis à vis. Un accueil sympathique et agréable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. C'est une location que je recommande.

WEEK-END EN FAMILLE REUSSI

Nous venons de passer le week-end de l'Ascension en famille (8 personnes) dans cette maison. Tout était parfait, pièce de vie spacieuse, cuisine parfaitement équipée, maison propre et propriétaire très sympathique nous accueillant avec des spécialités de la région. Rien ne manque dans cette maison pour des vacances réussies. Elle est très bien située dans un environnement très calme et permet de faire de belles ballades le long de la plage et de découvrir le Sud Finistère. Nous conseillons cette location les yeux fermés !
