"Absolutely friendly and helpful host that showed us around the place, explain the history, made us feel very welcome. We experienced the adjacent hiking trails and fed the beautiful horses. The breakfast brought to our doorstep was fantastic. I could not recommend the location and experience more."

"Lovely calm hotel. Friendly reception staff.
Room was clean and spacious.
Breakfast room was excellent and a lovely continental range.
Could get hot drinks or alcoholic beverages from the bar area.
Big car park and easy walk to town centre.
Would return if in the area."

"After booking and traveling (by motorcycle)upto this hotel I received a message whilst in transit to say my booking was invalid., when I arrived the premises was completely shut, and when I tried to contact them by phone I got no reply.I then was left to find something else at 5 pm in the evening after a long day of travelling!"
