"The hotel itself was perfect. New, clean modern. Room is spacious and with a gorgeous view from the balcony. Great location as to transportation ( near Napoli Centrale) breakfast is very good. Liked the personal postcard welcome note. However, front desk Staff is flat, not friendly, not helpful with issues. The bathroom floods because of the shower design i can’t get the logic of, half door and shower floor higher than the rest of the bathroom floor causing flooding. The location ( outside) however convenient was dirty, garbage everywhere and unhoused people on the streets leading to hotel. Also, the hotel has an armed guard 24/7… seems like safe but it is telling you something about the environment."
