"Great trip in a new location for our travel group. Villa was just as shown in the photos and was clean and well set up. All three bedrooms are good size, with queen beds in all. Neighborhood is beginning to take shape with a lot of new builds in process. Was no noise as they continue to build other similar properties around Villa Mika. "The property itself looks like a construction site. Not only is there trash everywhere around the property, there is broken glass, bricks and garbage everywhere around. The house is apparently used for parties, as the walls are in desolate state, floors have holes in them, there are cigarette burns in the sofas. Tamara, the property manager, couldn't have been more helpful and responsive and owner Sara was lovely and was also very helpful both before and during our stay, providing excellent information about the area and places to go, local amenities, restaurants, etc. The view from the villa was stunning and the photos were an accurate representation of the villa itself.
