"Our room looked to have been updated not that long ago, however, they forgot the beds because they were super hard and clanky like the frame was old metal....room was clean woth nice linens but the bathroom shower had gunk on the walls and pink mold around the bottom. I had to prchase a bleach cleaner so we felt comfortable showering. We did enjoy the seating by the river in the evening the breakfast had good hot and cold choices. I feel like the management needs to pay closer attention to the details and spruce up the exterior hallways and interior hallways spaces...it was not a bad jumping off point to see the area ...the price was good but we probably wouldnt choose it again."

"Great stay, everything was amazing i wished house keeping was a little more thorough in cleaning and replenishing the room ie coffee, sugars etc.. there were random hairs in the shower. Other than that 10/10 would stay again. Spa was great i had a gentleman who needed to trim his nails. I did ask for a Swedish massage when i booked but was given a deep tissue. Not complaining but i didn’t feel heard. "

"It is an older property that has been renovated. Great location. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We only had two complaints really. The walls are pretty thin and our neighbor didn’t like us laughing at 11:30pm so they banged on the connecting door. And the continental breakfast was really sad—what pastries they had were poor quality and there weren’t many options at all. We were there only one night and basically only were there to sleep but overall it was a good time. The kids enjoyed being by the river and the views and we got to see a bear. "

"We arrived early on a Wednesday and knew we wouldn’t be able to get into the rooms. No problem. She said she would call us when they were ready. Called my friend but not me. Nothing was said then about the pool. Once we went to get our keys at 4 is when they told us the pool was closed til Sunday. We booked this hotel because of the indoor pool for our kids. Had we known that it was closed I would’ve canceled and booked somewhere else. Room was nice but definitely not super cleaned. We weren’t told that they don’t come and give new towels. So when we got back to our hotel at 9:30 at night I had to walk all the way up to the check-in which is a different building up the street to get new towels. Because you have to take your dirty towels turn them into laundry between the hours of 9 and 3 to get new ones. We weren’t told this at check-in. Laundry is also at the very back of the property. So it was a hike just to get there too. Extremely inconvenient when you have little ones. We probably would not return to this location. You could spend just a little more money and stay at the hotel next-door that had an indoor pool as well as a breakfast buffet option to purchase. "

"Breakfast was definitely a plus, a variety to choose from. Coffee bar ways always available which of your like me is a HUGE plus. Indoor pool was nice, at times it got very crowded and some of the kids were a little to “ old “ to be playing especially with the smaller crowd. Only down fall..outdoor pool and hot tub don’t come as amenities with your stay ( club owners only ) "
