Walls are very thin, heard people in hallway every morning and felt the thumps of people closing doors and doing things next door, housekeeping people are very noisy in the morning (not a deal breaker)
Parking is tight in the parking garage that's located across the street. They do offer valet (if you like).
They don't offer late checkout (if you need it)

"I loved how they turned an old boutique hotel into something new, fresh and inviting. Although the inside of the rooms need some help (seen water damaged throughout the entire room) at least there wasn’t a moldy scent or it being an active leak. We were happy about the view and balcony. I would definitely stay here again, minus the renovations! "
