Very convenient to which ever park you’re attending too if you’re going to Dream Park and or All-Star Village for Cooperstown baseball activities. Very quiet, easy access to the main road, and gas station conveniently situated on site. There is a convence store on site if there is a need for last minutes necessaries. I highly recommend this place if you want peace and quiet after leaving your kid in one of the baseball sites. "
