Spacious home on West Bay (water across the road) with 100 feet of private access. 3 full bedrooms, two full baths, and large back yard with patio, bbq, hot tub, horseshoes, corn hole, and fire pit. It is located in the heart of Leelanau Wineries and is a straight shot to Downtown Traverse City (7 minutes). Also, just a 7-minute straight shot to Downtown Suttons Bay and 15 minutes to the casino! Elmwood Township boat launch is 5 minutes down the road. Enjoy all of Northern Michigan has to offer! Great location! License No 2023-26

What a great stay!

This home sits in a perfect location in between Traverse City and Suttons Bay. Everything you need is within 10-15 minutes from the house, and Jen is super fast to respond to any questions/concerns while you’re on the property. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location to TC, Suttons Bay. Lake access right across the street. Loved sipping my morning coffee in the front living room. Had a great time!

Traverse City Stay

We traveled to Traverse City, MI for the first time this past July, and this property fit the need for our family perfectly. It was close enough to the surrounding attractions to make getting around easy. We took a day trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes (Empire), Sutton Bay, and Traverse City. The house had three well sized bedrooms and plenty of space in the common areas for family members to kick back after a long day. It is located right across the street from Lake Michigan with a nice deck to overlook the lake after a long day. The kids and I also enjoyed the kayaks and lily pad that were provided with the property. We definitely would recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Traverse City area.
