"This was our first time booking through hotels.com. It was a very easy check in! We paid in advance so all we had to do was pay the incidentals. The staff was absolutely amazing the entire time. The room was extremely clean! Housekeeping was so nice when we needed our room refreshed. Breakfast was amazing. The only issue was that the tv kept stalling to connect to the internet."
